PROCESS OF OBTENTION OF THE FRANCHISE – How it works!
A. PROCEDURES REQUIRED BY PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AND OURSELVES IN THE PROCESS OF OBTENTION OF THE FRANCHISE.
PROCEDURE A.1. – Communication initiation and request for information by the prospective client wanting to purchase/ buy the D & D Supreme Chicken franchise:

PROCEDURE A.2.
Obtention of full information by prospective franchise buyers after communication initiation.
Please send us an LOPI (LETTER OF PURCHASE INTENT) mentioning you wish to do due diligence to purchase the D & D Supreme Chicken franchise and you would appreciate getting all the required information necessary for the purchase of the franchise.
We will send the prospective client a small ” Due Diligence contract, which He/ She will read, acknowledge, sign and return to us.
From there on, we can have direct communication and answer all the required questions by the prospective buyer.
Optional: The prospective client should get in touch with our website, Facebook, Instagram, or our You Tube channel, preferably prior, to find out more about the franchise.
We will provide the prospective franchisee with a list of all the assets supplied with the franchise, ex: Mobile trailer and contents, including overhead 400 litre water tank and 400 litre waste tank, 3 way gas griller, cinc, heavy duty special chicken braai/ barbecue, table for ten seated, 10 chairs, fridge, deep freezer, microwave, pressure cooker, fries cutter, utensils, protective and branded clothing, etc.
We will explain to new client the cost of the franchise and the royalties payable monthly after, the period and provide him with a quotation, if required.
We will explain all terms and conditions of operation of the franchise and what has to happen exactly.
We will explain the training that will be provided prior the operation of the franchise, which will be of one full working week, from Monday to Friday.
The training will involve safety, hygiene, raw materials specifications, menu preparation, training in customer attendance, serving and customer satisfaction, training in the Business Management, marketing strategy and advertising, daily checks and key performance indicators, etc.
We will spend another week helping and observing/coaching the new franchisee in the business operation.
Thereafter, we will visit the operation twice a month for two days at the time in the first three months, and twice a month after three months, for one day at the time.
We will do mystery shopper visits to measure customer satisfaction and compliance with the franchise directives and corporate identity.
PROCEDURE A.3. – Franchise Purchase.
Once all the questions posed by the prospective Customer are answered and all the information given, and the future franchisee understands the advantage of purchasing the franchise and wishes to purchase it, we will send him the franchise agreement.
After familiarizing himself with the franchise agreement and clearing any doubts he/ she might have with ourselves the franchise Directors/ Sellers, he/ she will initial every page and sign and date the agreement and return it back to us.
After that procedure is complete, we will send the Customer an invoice.
Full payment is then done onto the bank details provided.

It is required from the new Franchisee and Employee’s, constant hapiness, great individual energy and ability to energise others. There must be an infectious passion from the Food Trailer/ Food Truck Team, that builds unity, trust and plenty of laughter – Prospective Customers must come to a very happy place and feel they are valued and loved !!!
N.B. We reccomend a Grand Opening event and party, perhaps on a Friday, Saturday and the Sunday following.
We also reccomend that meals are sold at cost plus 10% profit only in the Grand Opening event, some items must given free of charge and some riffle draws must be done to offer jackets and other valuable prizes to prospective clients.
Caps and T shirts must be given free of charge to the masses in the grand opening place ( The Management of D & D Supremme Chicken will offer and provide those free of charge to the Franchisee).
